Re-thinking this, I don’t want this laughable clown anywhere near the Boy Scouts. Can we schedule his useless ass on there more, please, quickly?

This was not a mistake, no matter what they say

No it doesn’t matter how much you’re paying for it, you can’t know anything about it.  Keep digging, Citizen…I’m sure there’s more money in that wallet somewhere.

Under a little-noticed provision of the recently passed financial-reform legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission no longer has to comply with virtually all requests for information releases from the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act.

The law, signed last week by President Obama, exempts the SEC from disclosing records or information derived from “surveillance, risk assessments, or other regulatory and oversight activities.” Given that the SEC is a regulatory body, the provision covers almost every action by the agency, lawyers say. Congress and federal agencies can request information, but the public cannot.

via FOXBusiness.com – SEC Says New Financial Regulation Law Exempts it From Public Disclosure.

I wonder if anyone will wake up, ever, or is it just us old guys what grew up with greater and greater availability of information?  Expect more of this to come to light…guaranteed.  It’s buried in these enormous give-aways that nobody has time to read before they make them the law of the land.  There are tons of them, I’m quite sure.
