It never stops being fun

Posted by TFG on August 18th, 2008

I really don’t care to spend the next few weeks arguing whether or not McCain is lying about his Christ/Cross/guard moment
- The Genius John Cole

Within one post, and it’s an open thread post (open threads are for your clamorous morons who have very little else to do but post comments), there’s this by a (the?) co-blogger

The other possibility is that McCain really thinks this happened to him, and can’t differentiate between something he read and something he actually experienced. I’m pretty convinced that he experienced no such thing.

- The other Genius Michael D.

Two posts away from that, Acclaimed Scholar Cole proclaims: Known Fact: Ouzo makes your head hurt.

As a fellow drunkard, I can appreciate the confusion. Thank God I don’t have a co-blogger to muck things up even further. One thing you can count on from Cole is a seemingly-endless series of posts about the cross in the sand clambake. The religious component never fails to set him off. But maybe he’s tidied up his psyche some…or his readership.

Thanks, Memeorandum!

The topic which must not be named, except to say he won’t talk about it as a convenient way to put it out there one more time.

I have not been the least bit excited about voting for John McCain but Barry’s minions are making it real hard not to become downright enthusiastic about McCain just for the schadenfreude after the election.
