I was there with some friends who own the #728, and they do 800hp. It's freaking unreal -- you should see if there's a dragboat race around you, hoss, and go see it. It's a merry old time. How'd you know what I ate all weekend? Yes, they were good, but I got kinda blue when I realize they just pull them out of the freezer and drop 'em in the grease.
