Prohibition again. Then, prices would go down and anybody could buy beer and hard liquor, on lots of street corners everywhere, and another whole bunch of entrepreneurs would arise. Somewhat like the dope business and the illegal immigrant business. Both of which seem to be growing in scope and profitibility. More than you can say for GM, GE, etc. Then, we'd need a whole bunch more ATF agents, which would require more Federal prosecutors, judges, court officers of all sorts... Man.
