Some slime-ball politican or bureaucrat discovers to his or her shock, horror and amazement that the military is made up of about 80% young men. And that those young men like to drink, look at feelthy pictures and generally screw around. And that the BX/PX sells Playboy/Penthouse! Or alcohol! And cigarettes! Said slime-ball politician will grab some splashy headlines and a couple of thousand more votes in the next election by attempting to make the BX/PX not do that any more. Happens every couple of years - like a bad hurricane striking Florida. Don't worry, someone on staff at AAFES will probably have a quiet word with someone on the slime-balls' staff and explain some of the facts of life to him. Oh, it happens every couple of years.
