That little one, who don’t look like Loren - that little one with the red-hair, looks from the backside just like his mama…Lord help us…another mini-you-n-mini-girl-child-n-mini-her-child…I can only hope mom and grandpa have finally met their match…mini-you’s all over the damn place!

How is it that you spell d-o-t-e?

Is the older one always so serious? He hasn’t cracked a smile yet on this blog.

Looks like you’re stoically doing your duty to help out the young’uns. I’m sure they appreciate your sacrifice and your ability to do things you don’t like to do.

My parents are the same way. You’d think they enjoy hanging out with their grandkids or something.

Janis, that boy is one for the serious look. Interesting observation. Maybe it’s the Iowa in him…his dad has that same look most of the time.

Wolf, I make sure they know it’s a hardship, laying on the guilt about them never coming to visit me. Do your parents do that, too? I can remember my mom doing it to me. Hell, she still does it to me.

That photo just makes me smile.
