Smoke Another Bowl, Willie

Posted by TFG on February 8th, 2008

Poor Willie - once an iconic Texas Music outlaw, now a crazy Loose Change uncle:

Willie Nelson appeared Monday, February 4, 2008, on the nationally-syndicated Alex Jones Show in a ground breaking interview where the country music legend said the twin towers were imploded on 9/11.

“I saw those towers fall and I’ve seen an implosion in Las Vegas — there’s too much similarities between the two, and I saw a building fall that didn’t get hit by nothing,” added Nelson, referring to WTC Building 7, which collapsed in the late afternoon of September 11.

Marijuana might not be bad for you, but 60 or 70 years of heavy usage probably isn’t real good for you. “…I’ve seen an implosion in Las Vegas…” is some heavy shit. Interesting to note that another Texas pothead hero, Mark Stepnoski, is a Truther, too.

Well, Willie, you’ve definitely lost me now, but I’ve always got Bloody Mary Morning. Off into the sunset for ye, old pard, and don’t let the door hit you in the ass.

Ah. We all have our senior moments. I have been known to think and say stupid things sometimes. Fortunately, nobody listens to everything - or even anything - I say.

I won’t hold it against him, I’ll just pretend it didn’t happen. Besides, I haven’t bought any of his stuff in a long, long time.

I don’t care what Willie thinks but I like a new song[to me]I heard the other day “Gravedigger” first new song of his in a while I liked.

Oh, I don’t really care what he thinks, but he probably has the munchies a great deal and has the braids like those guys in the Wendy’s commercials. I just wish the poor guy wouldn’t lose his train of thought in the middle of a song-I mean, does he forget the words-would that explain the odd long pauses? I don’t know.

I passed on Willie when he backed Dennis Kuchinich for prez. That told me all I needed to know.

I don’t agree with Willie, but I think his legend status is still quite deserved, unlike those freaks over at Hot Air.
