Hollywood writers reject award shows
The Writers Guild of America, West, will not allow its members to write for the Golden Globes on Jan. 13 nor the Academy Awards on Feb. 24.
I hope this holds. I salivate at the thought of deejays, talk-show nerds, and every other specie of boring not having the awards show convo-crutch for a year.
