My New Goal

…to be a morning person.
I got up at 4am to make the 10am meeting in Dullass. By 2pm, I was so tired and loopy and cranky, it wasn’t even funny.
Beer recommendation: Shiner 98 Bavarian Style Amber. Very hearty, very tasty, pretty hoppy, not sweet like most beers. Tired of sweet here. I’m sweet enough…why would I want more?
PS I’m two whole blocks off the interstate in a Super 8. Actually, not bad at all for a cheap motel. Slow internet tubes, though…they probably can’t afford to unclog them. Herself is not at all happy with my choice, but since I’m paying, I choose. I’m kind of getting a growing fondness for these cheap, outdoor-doors motels. I could afford a fancier joint, but why bother? I sleep, I shower, I go out in the morning to hunt and gather, I start over. Plus, I’m Scottish.
