Three hours doing phone tech support and Microsoft Remote Assistance on mi madre’s laptop, thanks to my useless idiotic nephew and his useless idiotic RPGs and porn. I threatened him over the speaker phone to open up some of the files he swore to her that he hadn’t downloaded. I don’t think he’ll be snarfing up her laptop anymore unless he wants the eternal, unmitigated, Old Testament Christian wrath of her coming down on his fat ass.
