Republican dweeb wants to know if there’s an exemption for American Samoa in the stem-cell research bill. Barney Frank loses his composure a little bit.

Since Samoans do the humpty-hump, they should not be.

    Lord have mercy….. Who’s stupider, Barney Frank or the fine citizens of his district in the Socialist Republic of Massachusetts, who continually re-elect this loon? Gonna be an entertaining couple of years, huh?
