Now I know why old-timers get so grumpy about the AR-15. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more complicated firearm, with more options and accessories, in my life. I guess that speaks to the popularity of the durn thing, though. I’m going to need some time and space on this one. I think I’ll start with a KT 80-percenter, and just see what develops.
FWIW, I found a Super Blackhawk, Old Model, with a 1/4″ longer grip that fit my hand like it were made for it. I just have to decide if I’m going to go back today and buy it.
Meanwhile, I’ve yet to put round #1 through my M1A. So, someone tell me again, just what is the bug that bit me on this AR deal?
