Now I live in the frozen North where I can't find anybody who can cook decent BBQ. I have eaten BBQ in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Memphis, and of course, the City Market in Luling, TX. Low and slow cooking is the Texas Way. I do like the Memphis Pulled pork shoulder.
